    REQUEST FOR COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP)

    FOR LIPA CITY AND SITE RELATED STUDIES

    Dear Ms. Africa:

    I am Jan Karl Santos, a fifth-year B.S. Architecture student of National University, Manila. I am in the early
    stage of developing an undergraduate thesis proposal under the supervision of my adviser, architect and
    environmental planner Adrian Tumang. The objective is to gather data and related information for my thesis
    proposal about Sports Complex Training Center.

    Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, Freedom of Information Order, I am writing to request your good office
    for the following public information/records for my data gathering:

    ● Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Lipa City


    ● Comprehensive Development Plan of Lipa City

    If possible, I would like to request a waiver of all fees, if any, for searching or copying the public
    information/records mentioned above as these will be used for academic purposes only.

    I would appreciate your advice if the information requested could not be disclosed nor released within the
    timeframe prescribed by Lipa City Citizen's Charter and R.A. 11032, Ease of Doing Business and Efficient
    Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

    Upon request, I will be happy to provide your office a copy of the full report by the end of the academic year
    once my thesis has been officially accepted by the college. If you require further information, please do not
