    - We use that is if the speaker is far or not
    near to one object, person or animal.
    - Example:

    That’s why we use this is. - Cat & Frog
    This is a cat.
    This is a frog.
    Which animal are far from me?
    That why we use that is.
    - Dog & Cow
    - Again, if the speaker is near to one object, - That is a dog.
