    Corporate Outings at Bandcamp 2019-20

    OVERVIEW

    Our campsite at Uttan is a stone’s throw away from the city.. perfect for an outbound or group
    activity! Its layout is such that it allows people to enjoy nature and also have privacy even though
    it’s a bustling space. There are tents, sleeping bags, BBQ and camping goodies, a large lounging
    area to unwind in, and sunset walks to the fishing village.

    Our tents are all weatherproof and ideal for all seasons. The site is equipped with modern loos and
    open roof showers. So safety, hygiene and privacy, but all in nature's lap. It is tastefully lit keeping
    safety and the commune-with-environment vibe alive. We’ve added hammocks, books, and games
    to ensure that there is something for everyone. Since Uttan is a coastal town (home to the Koli
    community), meals are freshly made by locals!

    We also have a naturally sculpted amphitheater that serves as the perfect stage for live
    performances, while we sit back on the rocks enjoying the vibe, stars and music!

    THE SPACE

    ● Bandcamp is a permanent campsite with permanent structures like tent platforms, all-
    weather tents, food and bar area, lounging space

    ● We have super-clean concrete loos and open-roof hot water showers, and self-sustained
    water supply.

    ● The camp is full of greenery and sometimes, the cute pups from the neighborhood come to
    say hello!

    ● Other than the main performance space, there are many locations in and around the
    campsite that are perfect for holding outbound/activity sessions - including hill slopes, the
    beach, the village, and various nooks in the camp itself.

    ● There is a resort next door with a pool and conference room that can be used if needed :)

    SUGGESTED FLOW OF THE DAY

    ➔ 12:00 PM: Leave for Bandcamp from Mumbai


    ➔ 01:30 PM: Reach the campsite and have lunch
    ➔ 03:00 PM: Fun group games/icebreakers etc.
    ➔ 05:00 PM: Relax and soak in the sights, have chai/coffee accompanied by evening snacks
    ➔ 05:30 PM: Go for a serene mini sunset walk to the beach through the village
    ➔ 07:00 PM: Return to the campsite - barbecue is on!
    ➔ 08:00 PM: Post barbecue, we have a live band performance
    ➔ 09:30 PM: Night of DJ music; OR band OR open-air movie screening
    ➔ 10:00 PM: Have a wholesome dinner prepared by the locals
    ➔ 11:30 PM: Bonfire time - learn to roast marshmallows and enjoy s’mores over the campfire as
    a typical camping dessert!
    ➔ 12:00 AM - 2:00 AM: Music continues around the bonfire
    ➔ 02:00 AM: Overnight stay in the weatherproof tents
    ➔ 06:00 AM: Wake up and go for a sunrise walk
    ➔ 08:00 AM: Return to the camp for breakfast
    ➔ 10:00 AM – 12 noon: Group activities / training sessions / Treasure hunt etc.
    ➔ 12:30 PM: Check out from the campsite and bid adieu ☺

    We also have lots of board games, card games, books and outdoor games available at your
    disposal!

    PRICE*

    - Sundays to Thursdays: INR 2300 per person (Min 30 - max 100 people)
    - Friday Nights: INR 2400 per person (Min 40 - max 100 people)
    - Saturday Nights: INR 3000 per person (Min 80 - max 100 people)

    *5% GST extra.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS

    ▪ Rs.200 per person for Breakfast on any day


    ▪ Rs.350 per person for lunch on any day [Pav Bhaji, Veg Biryani, Raita, Salad etc.]
    ▪ Rs.300 per person Swimming pool next door (subject to availability)
    ▪ Rs.5000 for boat-ride - 12 seater boat
    ▪ Rs.9000 for 45 Seater NON AC Bus from Andheri to Campsite [One Way]
    ▪ Rs.5000 for Extra Tower Speakers & Pioneer Mixer and DJ [Rs. 4000 If u get your own DJ]
    ▪ Rs.15,000 total OR Rs. 250 Per person (whichever is higher) Alcohol license/ Corkage
    Charges. Will include 1 Bartender, Ice, Glasses. Mixers will be charged on actuals.
    ▪ Basic group activities like sunset walk are feasible in-house. For activities involving
    instructors or moderators, charges will be extra, on actuals.
