SITUATIONS VACANT
Applications are invited for appointment of following positions on two (02) years purely
contract basis for the projects, namely: -
i. “Establishment of Human Rights Information Management System”
2. Assistant i. Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree 22-30 4 1 post for
Director in Human Rights/ Gender Studies/ each
Sociology/ Social Work/ Anthropology or Regional

equivalent qualification from a University Directorate,
recognized by Higher Education (Lhr, Khi,

ii. Preferred 2 years experience in Govt./ Quetta)

Bodies/NGOs/INGOs working in human
rights including gender, child and
women’s rights, labour rights, religious
minorities, IDPs and Refuges.
3. Public i. Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s 22-30 1 Regional
Relation Degree in Public Relations/ Journalism, Directorate,
Officer Mass Communications/Human Rights/ Quetta
Gender Studies/ Sociology/ Social
(BPS-17)
Work/ Anthropology or equivalent
qualification from a University
recognized by Higher Education
Commission.
ii. Preferred 2 years experience in Govt./
Semi Govt./ Autonomous

4. Data Entry i. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ 20-28 4 1 post for
Officer Information Technology/ or equivalent each
(BPS-16) qualification from a University Regional
recognized by Higher Education Directorate

ii. Experience in data entry, fast typing, Pwr &
familiarity with spreadsheets and online Quetta)

iii. Experience in MS Office and data
programmes
5. Driver i. Matric from a recognized Board. 18-30 4 1 post for
(BPS-4) ii. Two Year experience in LTV/ HTV each
driving in public or private sector with Directorate
valid driving license and well versed in (Lhr, Khi,
traffic rules. Pwr &
iii. Local Based Quetta)
1. Applications on prescribed form should reach National Testing Test (NTS) within 15 days
from the date of advertisement.
2. Incomplete applications, advance copies and those received after closing date will not be
entertained.
3. Candidates will have to produce original certificates at the time of interview
4. All candidates applying for the above mentioned posts shall be entitled to an upper age
relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit given above.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview & Test fee not
Transferable/Refundable.
6. Candidates in already government service should apply through proper channel.
7. Only the short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
