    - (telvista) Well a friend of mine who Works here told me that you had and opening,
    actually I saw a vacancy on the internet on your Facebook page too, and in turn I've
    subscribed me to pages like "indeed" and “compu trabajo” and they frequently send me e-
    mails about the vacancies that your company has
    - (hotel) Well, As I live near here, I came one day to ask if there were vacancies for any girl
    who spoke English, they said yes and that is the reason why I'm here today.
    Alright Valery, have you ever done this type of work before?
    - You know what? I don't have experience doing this type of work, but I can tell one thing I'm
    a fast learner and I really enjoy to use my English and get on well with people

    - - The reason I left my previous job, is because I'm looking for better opportunities.
    I'm looking for a company that I can grow with, I did my research and I can definitely
    say this is a company I want to be part of.

    Tell me about yourself Valeria:


    Well, let’s see, I would like to think that I’m a great listener and a very easy going person. I
    would describe myself as a good team player that have got good people skills. I think at first
    glance I'm looking like an outgoing person, but in fact I'm an introverted person who has
    gradually learned to function better in public. I dunno, I consider myself like a very organized
    person, with initiative and determination, I really enjoy to solve problems in my own
    business, and of course I would say that I’m very reliable, creative, flexible and proactive
    person. I consider myself very persistent and in turn I like challenges and always want to
    improve at everything I do. In my spare time I really passionate about my music and my
    hobbies how to skate in roller blanding or reading motivation books

    What are your strengths and how do you think those are going to benefit this company?
    Well, I have to say, when the things get a little crazy or hectic ……………soy muy persevarante
    aprendi ingles por mi cuenta, tenaz curiosa…
    I believe I would be o good candidate for your company because, I’m an easy going person
    and an excellent communicator that works well with everyone and I enjoyed very mucho
    working on a team, I’m really persistent and I like challenges and I always want to improve
    at everything I do. In my spare time and enjoying playing tennis and reading books
    Perceptive, Genuine, down to earth, open minded, knowledgeable, logical, analytical,
    insightful, warm, inventive, rebellious, generous

    Ok, awesome, so I heard about your strengths, but what are your weaknesses?
    Well, I think my biggest weakness in the past was that I will get too caught up on a job or
    project and I wanted to do it all by myself until I realized the importance of team work,
    because I have the belief when you work as a team, you can get the job done faster.

    For finish the interview:


    All that I ask is for one chance or opportunity, to probe to you I’m the person for this job, and
    if you hire me, I promise you won’t regret it. And of course I believe I can be a great asset to
    your company.

    Interviewer: (Well, valery, I went over the paperwork. You seem like a great girl, so I’ll tell you
    what, I’m gonna get with my boss, we’re gonna sit down, have a meeting, we’re gonna make
    a decision and hopefully you’ll be hearing from me soon, sound fair enough?

    I: Sounds great! Thank you Sr. I really appreciate your time

    Interviewer: No problem at all, we appreciate your interest in this company.

    My strengths are the ability to use my own initiative to take on (asumir) challenges. I’m
    always proactive and that keep my mind stimulated ad focused. I’m also very positive. No
    matter how hard the situations or challenges are. I’m always think positively because it keeps
    me calm. It helps me to become a more confident and proactive person.
    What is your greatest weakness?
    I usually get very passionate about my work therefore I get frustrated if my coworkers don’t
    share my enthusiasm. Pero como siempre trato de respirar para enfocar mi mente y
    tranquilizarme. ¿Cómo supere algo? I must to admit that English is an ability I need to
    improve considerably. However I’m aware this is only a temporary problem. I’m definitely
    studying hard to improve my communications skills.
    One of my weaknesses was not asking for help. In the past I’ve always try to solve my own
    problems instead of asking a coworker for help, but not I’ve realized it would have saved me
    time and furthermore it’s more efficient to work this way.
