PENGENALAN WONDERWARE INDUSOFT

A. TUJUAN
Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya praktikum ini adalah:
1. Mahasiswa mampu mengoperasikan software Wonderware Indusoft.
2. Mahasiswa mampu mengetahui fungsi dari masing-masing tool yang ada pada
software Wonderware Indusoft.
3. Mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan sistem SCADA maupun HMI dengan
menggunakan software Wonderware Indusoft.
B. KAJIAN TEORI
Body language is an important way of communication among humans, adding
emphasis to voice messages or even being a complete message by itself. Thus, automatic
posture recognition systems could be used for improving human-machine interaction
[Turk98]. This kind of human-machine interfaces would allow a human user to control
remotely through hand postures a wide variety of devices. Different applications have been
suggested, such as the contact-less control or home appliances for welfare improvement
[Pen98, Wil95, Ju97, Dam97].
In order to be able to represent a serious alternative to conventional input devices
like keyboards and mice, applications based on computer vision like those mentioned above
should be able to work successfully under uncontrolled light conditions, no matter what
kind of background the user stands in front of. In addition, deformable and articulated
objects like hands mean an increased difficulty not only in the segmentation process but
also in the shape recognition stage.
Most work in this research field tries to elude the problem by using markers, using
marked gloves, or requiring a simple background [Dav94, Bob95, Hun95, Mag95]. Other
approaches are based on complex representations of hand shapes, what makesthem
unavailable for their implementation in realtime applications [Tri01].
A new vision-based framework is presented in this paper, which allows the users to
interact with computers through hand postures, being the system adaptable to different light
conditions and backgrounds. Its efficiency makes it suitable for realtime applications. The
present paper focuses on the diverse stages involved in hand posture recognition, from the
original captured image to its final classification. Frames from video sequences are
processed and analyzed in order to remove noise, find skin tones and label every object
pixel. Once the hand has been segmented it is identified as a certain posture or discarded,
if it does not belong to the visual memory.
The recognition problem is approached through a matching process in which the
segmented hand is compared with all the postures in the system’s memory using the
Hausdorff distance. The system‘s visual memory stores all the recognizable postures, their
distance transform, their edge map and morphologic information. A faster and more robust
comparison is performed thanks to this data, properly classifying postures, even those
which are similar, saving valuable time needed for real time processing. The postures
included in the visual memory may be initialized by the human user, learned or trained
from previous tracking hand motion [San99] or they can be generated during the
recognition process.
C. HASIL PERCOBAAN
1. Membuka software Wonderware Indusoft dengan double klick pada ikon
Wonderware Indusoft pada desktop seperti gambar di bawah

2. Membuat projel baru dengan klik icon new seperti gambar dibawah
3. Maka akan muncul tampilan seperti gambar dibawah. Memberi nama file lalu klik
ok

4. Maka akan muncul tampilan seperti gambar dibawah. Pilih Resolution 1366 x 768
lalu klik ok
5. Maka akan muncul jendela kerja seperti gambar. Membuat screen baru dengan klik
kanan pada Screen => Insert

6. Maka muncul tampilan Screen Atributes. Beri nama pada kolom Description => ok
7. Maka tampilan screen seperti gambar. Klik Symbols untuk memasukkan symbol.

8. Maka tampilan symbol akan muncul seperti gambar.


9. Pilih symbol seperti desain dibawah dengan klik gambar symbol => screen => klik

10. Pengaturan pada symbol meters dapat dilakukan dengan cara dobel klik pada symbol
maka muncul tampilan seperti gambar dibawah. Ganti tag name seperti gambar 2.
Lalu klik yes. Beri nama sesuai keinginan contoh ‘suhu’ pilih type integer lalu klik
ok.
11. Lakukan langkah 12 untuk symbol meters lainnya.
12. Pengaturan pada symbol sliders seperti gambar di bawah. Dobel klik symbol sliders
maka akan muncul tampilan 2. Sesuaikan pengaturan dengan gambar.

13. Membuat screen baru menggunakan langkah 5 – 6.


14. Masukkan desain seperti gambar dibawah.

15. Pengaturan yang dilakukan pada symbol switch seperti gambar dibawah. Ikuti
instruksi seperti gambar. Isikan TagCmd dan TagState dengan variable yang sama
yaitu saklar.

16. Membuat screen baru dengan menggunakan langkah 5 -6.


17. Buatlah skema sesuai desian dibawah.

18. Pengaturan yang dilakukan pada screen ini adalah pengaturan pada symbol shape.

19. Klik symbol kemudian klik icon bargraph

20. Kemudian dobel klik simbols maka akan muncul pengaturan seperti gambar.

21. Menjalankan simulasi dengan klik icon play seperti gambar.


22. Maka akan muncul tampilan simulasi seperti gambar di bawah.

D. KESIMPULAN
Dari hasil percobaan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa:
1. Wonderware Indusoft merupakan salah satu software yang digunakan untuk
membuat HMI.
2. HMI merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi antara user (manusia)
dengan mesin (computer).
