Key Innovation Developed: Using GENETIC ALGORITHM (part of AI) and programming to optimize Civil
engineering structures

OIL, GAS AND HYDROCARBON PROJECTS (CLIENT: ONGC, ISRO)

Engineering Design and Preparation of RCC and Structural drawing for different packages .The projects
consisted of Storage Tanks and vessel foundations, Vaporizer foundations, Control rooms, pump houses and
equipment foundations, SS pipe racks, Dynamic equipment foundations, Platforms and other structures as per
BIS codes. Responsibilities include consultant, Client, and Interdepartmental communication handling, site visits,
approval of drawings designed as per Indian/foreign codal provisions.
Key learning: Competent in using softwares like Staad-pro, AUTOCAD, IS Codes.

POWER PLANT PROJECTS (CLIENT: NTPC 660MW PROJECTS)

Engineering Design and Preparation of RCC and structural drawing for different packages including conveyor
galleries, Transfer Points, wagon tippler and getting approval from NTPC. Responsibilities include consultant,
Client, and Interdepartmental communication handling, site visits, approval of drawings.

WATER SYSTEMS PROJECTS: (CLIENT: ORISSA WATER BOARD, JAIPUR DEVELOPEMENT BOARD)

In house engineering, design and preparation/supervision of RCC and 3D REVIT dwgs of Sewage Pumping
stations, Sequential batch Reactors of Sewage treatment plants (92.5 MLD Ujjain SPS, 43.5 Orissa OWSSB
Projects), Overhead Tank for Bhind Municipality water supply projects, Transition walls for Amanishah Canal
development project (Jaipur).
Key Learnings: Fluent in using SEWERGEMS software, understanding of REVIT 3D software.

STEEL PLANT PROJECTS (CLIENT: TATA STEEL)

In-house engineering, design and preparation of Structural Steel, RCC and Architectural drawings of multi-
storeyed electrical building, tank form areas and pump houses, Roads and Drains, Pipe Racks etc. Also
responsibilities include calculations of BOQ, site visits and query resolution, interdepartmental communication

RAILWAY PROJECTS (CLIENT: RAIL VIKAS NIGAM LIMITED, ALSTOM-FRANCE)

ALSTOM Plant facility for Electric Locomotive Manufacturing, Madhepura (Bihar)

The responsibilities include layout planning for township and Main Plant area including planning for water
supply lines, sewage lines, totally underground storm water lines, Rain Water Harvesting, roads and access,
parkings, crossings for effective operation and land utilization and preparation of 3D drawings. Also
responsibilities included in-house engineering, design and preparation of Structural Steel, RCC and
Architectural drawings of Township buildings (residential quarters hostels guest houses bungalows,
community centres, commercial complex, tennis and shuttle courts, clubs, temple , first aid buildings), 12000
SQ m Main Plant Pre-Engineered Steel Structures, Canteen, Pipe and cable racks, Electrical Buildings, Oil
Yards, Water supply and Treatment structures, Sewage Treatment Plant, Other service buildings, Roads and
UG Drainage system. Responsibilities also include getting drawings approved from client consultant,
quantities calculation and simultaneous optimization to match tender. Supervision of 3D drawings and model
preparation were also part of scope.
Key learning: GREEN Buildings, Underground drainage, Modern Architecture, Plant and Township Planning,
Retrofitting. Proficiency in IS, IRC, NBC codes, local bye laws
RVNL Rail Bogie Manufacturing Facility (Yadgiri) and Diesel engine Manufacturing Facility (Varanasi)

In-house engineering, design and preparation of Structural Steel, RCC and Architectural drawings of Pre-
Engineered Steel Structures of 10000 SQ m, Quarters, Heavy Equipment Foundations, Canteen, Water
supply and Treatment structures, Sewage Treatment Plant, Other service buildings, Roads and Drains layout
as well as design, Rain Water Harvesting. Responsibilities also include getting drawings approved from client
consultant, quantities calculation and simultaneous optimization to match tender stage quantities.
Supervision of 3D drawings and model preparation were also part of scope. Completion bonus of 1.3%
received due to early completion of project.
Key learning: Standardizing for faster completion of project, working with foreign equipment suppliers
