Lovely is the name of my pet. It is a female lovebird. I was clueless when I wanted to name it so I
named it lovely because it has beautiful and colorful feathers. I got it from a pet shop near my friend’s
house.
Lovely has a small and stocky body. It also has a short and blunt tail and a large hooked upper beak.
It has a rainbow of yellow, green, and blue on its body, and a bright peachy-pink face.
I love lovely because it is very active. It always chirps anytime, especially in the morning. It sings
melodiously. It is also a smart bird. It produces a wide range of articulations, including the imitation to the
human voice, though it never talks.
I put lovely in a cage. During the day, I usually hang it outside the house so it can enjoy the warmth
of the sun. I love to sit on the veranda listening to music from my phone while enjoying it chirp.
One day, I was surprised to hear it singing my favorite song while I was playing the song from my
phone loudly. I stopped the song, but lovely is still singing. It is amazing, isn’t it?

Last Friday, my friend asks me to accompany him to buy a new shirt at department store. We left
home at 03: p.m. by motorcycle. As soon as we arrived there, we went to the clothes section. I let him
choose one. An hour later, I got bored watching him confused in choosing a shirt. So I left him and went to
the cassette counter. Thirty minutes later I went back to the clothes section but I couldn’t find him there.
My cell phone was broken so I couldn’t call him. I went to the parking area. I saw his motorcycle was there
but I couldn’t find him. I waited for him for a few moments then finally I gave up and decided to go home.
When I arrived home, my mother told me that my friend called. She said that he was in the
department store looking for me. My mother asked me to come back to the department store. Reluctantly, I

parking area. He just went home. I was very tired. There was no other choice. I had to walk home again.
When I arrived home, I was so tired. I was very angry but when I saw my friend’s broad smile great me in

A computer is a machine that stores and then processes information. It is a bit like human brain. It takes in
facts or data (the ‘input’), works on it very quickly using hardware and software and produces information (the
‘output’) for us to use.
Even the modern computer is useless if it is missing just two essential parts-hardware and software.
Hardware is all the parts you can see and touch-like the monitor (screen), keyboard and mouse. Software is all
