Declared Spirit Hail Mary Art Thou
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of
our death. Amen.
Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.
Hail Mary . . .
And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.
Hail Mary . . .
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us pray:
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was
made known by the message of an angel, may by HisPassion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection,
through the same Christ Our Lord.
Amen.
"Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you" (Lk 1:28)
"Blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb"
(Lk 1:42).
The Apostle Creed
"This Creed is the spiritual seal, our heart's meditation and an ever-present
guardian; it is, unquestionably, the treasure of our soul."
- Saint Ambrose.
GLORY BE
Angel of God,
my guardian dear,
To whom God's love
commits me here,
Ever this day,
be at my side,
To light and guard,
Rule and guide.
Amen.
"From infancy to death human life is surrounded by their (the angels) watchful care and intercession. Beside each believer
stands an angel as protector and shepherd leading him to life. Already here on earth the Christian life shares by faith in
the blessed company of angels and men united to God."
- from the Catechism of the Catholic Church; 336.
The rosary has been prayed since the thirteenth century. While meditating on thelifeof Jesus, one recites the prayers that
brings one closer to Him and toHisMother, Mary.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Then say 1 "Our Father", 3 "Hail Mary's" for the virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity; and then 1 "Glory Be":
OUR FATHER, Who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, On earth as it is in
Heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
HAIL MARY, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of death. Amen.
GLORY BE to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

An Act
of
Contrition
O my God,
I am heartily sorry for
having offended Thee,
and I detest all my sins,
because I dread the loss of heaven,
and the pains of hell;
but most of all because
they offend Thee, my God,
Who are all good and
deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve,
with the help of Thy grace,
to confess my sins,
to do penance,
and to amend my life.
Amen.
"Jesus' call to conversion and penance, like that of the prophets before Him, does not aim first
at outwardworks, "sackcloth and ashes," fasting and mortification, but at the CONVERSION OF
THE HEART, INTERIOR CONVERSION. Without this, such penances remain sterile and false;
however, interior conversion urges expression in visible signs, gestures and works of penance.
Interior repentance is a radical reorientation of our whole life, a return, a conversion to God with all
our heart, an end of sin, a turning away from evil, with repugnance toward the evil actions we
have committed. At the same time it entails the desire and resolution to change one's life, with hope
in God's mercy and trust in the help ofHis grace."
My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite
myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
