    please check with your carrier as to their policy and require
    written permission to check your art materials on the aircraft in
    the event the baggage handler on the day of your flight may not
    allow your bags on board with potentially dangerous materials.
    Airlines may insist that you Fed Ex or UPS your materials so plan
    extra time before your flight for that eventuality.
