    You have been working as an intern in Research and Development department in an Hospitality related
    organization. The organization firmly believes that designing quality service is very important issue in the
    hospitality and travel and tourism sector. Hospitality industries are the ideal examples of a market which
    could benefit from the implementation of service innoovation. The role of the department is to research
    and explore better ways to implement the findings and also see the results when innovative ideas or
    practices implemented.

    Thus the organization has hired you under an internship opportunity and you are expected to show the
    skills of independent inquiry and critical analysis by undertaking standard research investigations of deirect
    relevance.

    You will be assessed in different wars in which you need to demonstrate that you understand how to
