Fusionbond® structural adhesives offer bonds

stronger than steel. Fusionbond® is a two-
component, methacrylate adhesive that is
formulated to bond diverse substrates and offers
unparalleled chemical resistance. It is also
resistant to fatigue, impact and maintains the ability
to fill gaps. Fusionbond® offers shear strength not
found in other adhesives. Tests to ASTM D1002
have demonstrated shear strengths over 5000 psi
on abraded steel and up to 3660 psi on abraded
aluminum. ASTM D4501 standard tests have
show strengths up to 1340 psi on epoxy glass.
In the same testing, standard PVC failed before

and hardness is up to 80 Shore D.
Thermally Conductive Acrylics
Fusionbond® excels in bonding various hard-to-bond substrates including phenolics, polycarbonate and blends,
Dissipator® structural acrylics provide adhesion for bonding electrical
