1.1. Site Leveling. (Excavation under the new building and other specified
locations).
Cut in any kind of soil, rock, concrete, or asphalt; to the required Levels, for
the foundations. Include backfilling with excavated suitable materials, or
imported approved materials, removal of extra soil, debris, and organic
materials to a suitable Backfilling material shall be applied on layers, 20cm
thick, watered and compacted to min 95 % to comply with modified AASHTO
Density Test (T-80).
1.2. Excavation for Foundations, Under Ground Construction
Cut in any kind of soil, rock, from Site Reduced Level to the excavation
reduced level (For underground services), and up to the bottom of blinding
under footings and where required as per drawings
The price to include back filling with excavated suitable materials up to
bottom of slab on grade, removal of extra and unsuitable soil. Back filling
material shall be applied on layers 20cm thick watered and compacted to 100
% to comply with modified AASHTO FD.T (T- 8)
1.3. Supply and Well Compact Single Size
Average 15cm thick under slab on grade where directed by the engineer. The
work including watering. Leveling and compacting.
2. CONCRETE WORKS
2.1. Supply and Cast Plain Concrete.
Provisional: Blinding Concrete grade C-15 under foundations of building.
Supply and Cast Reinforced Concrete Class C-25 with a minimum cement
content of 250 Kg. per cubic meter
A. Foundations, footings.
B. Tie beams. (Measured between columns faces).
C. C. Column Necks. (measured from top level of the footings to top level
of the slab on grade)
2.2. Supply and Cast Reinforced Concrete Grade C-25 with a minimum cement
content of 250 Kg. per cubic meter For Slab on grade including surface
leveling, expansion joints. including approved fillers, and all related work
2.3. Floor
S.O.G 20 cm thick reinforced (10mm/20cm Two way), for Building, including
surface leveling, smooth finish.
2.4. Ramp
Ramp will installed in front of the door.
3. STEEL WORKS
3.3. Roofing
Consisted of roof Sandwich panel panels of 50-80 mm thickness of
polyurethane (Fire Stop) insulated panel Fitted on the purling by metal
screws self-tensile self-drilling screws and this installed on the Rafter, metal,
made I- section a standard fixed to each other by welding system mounted
on the walls and an integrated installation are isolated, As per attach
Drawing and the following details:
*Width 1000mm standard modular sections
* Density 40kg/m3 Thermal conductivity s0.022 kCal/MH Shear coefficient
(GC) =21kg/cm2
* Elastic coefficient (EC) =14 kg/cm2
Roof Gutters: Horizontal element will be repainted steel sheet of 0.6mm
Thickness. Vertical element: 4 PVC Pipes white colon. As per drawings.
3.4. Sandwiched panel walls
Panels will start at the bottom of building to the top.
The walls are composed of sandwich panel construction, 50 mm
constructed from slightly corrugated pre painted hot dipped
galvanized steel sheet and covered on both sides with steel sheets.
The panels are injected with polyurethane insulation foam of average
density of 40kg/m2.
3.5. External Swing Doors
Erect and install a new sandwich panel 50 mm constructed from slightly
corrugated pre painted hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and covered on
both sides with steel sheets constructed on exist frame doors.
3.6. Manual Sliding Door
Supply & Installation of steel sliding door 2.1*0.90 m for external doors and
with half Plexiglas window for internal doors. Lockset shall be GFE supplied
from owner.
3.7. Windows
Will be Extruded Aluminum profile RAL9002, light color (white). Fixed on
steel frame painted with steel gray color, window with 6mm clear single
glass.
With lock and necessary hardware. Fly screen with 1.5x1.5mm hole opening
mesh.
