SM APPLIANCE CENTER (SACI) PROCESS WORKFLOW

PICK UP PROCESS

Responsible Activity

MOBER DP Mober DP will present the booking ID to the invoicer on duty

Will check and verify for the booking ID based on the waiver signed by
SACI
the client

MOBER DP Call the client to check the address, item to be delivery and ETA for
delivery.

Take picture for the item and check the physical appearance of the item.
MOBER DP
Driver should also picture take picture with box before loading

MOBER DP Sign on the ATC as proof that they already received the item

MOBER DP MOBER DP and helper will load the item to vehicle.

MOBER DP Proceed to delivery address of the client

MOBER DP Mober will unload the item to the house of the client

Take picture for the item both box and unbox and secure that no damage
MOBER DP
on the item

MOBER Client will now sign on the DR provided by the driver as proof that the
DP/CLIENT item is in good condition and issue the Official receipt of the client

MOBER DP Thank you the client.
