10 DPWH Mindoro - Batangas The proposed project involves the construction of a PPP
Super Bridge 15 kilometer Super Bridge, two (2) or four (4) lanes
with an optional pedestrian/bicycle lane, which will
link Mindoro Island to the Province of Batangas. The
bridge will cover the 8.5 km from Mindoro Island to
Verde Island and 6.5 km from Verde Island to
Batangas, over a 10m – 300m water depth.

11 NIA Bohol Northeast Envisioned Project components include: two (2) ODA
Basin Multipurpose Multipurpose Storage Dams, Five (5) diversion dams,

have a total of 308.48 kms. Extending the rail line will
not only expand the ridership but also the average
travel distance of passengers resulting into operating
profitability.

10 DOTr New Bohol Airport - The upgrade, expansion, operations, and PPP
O&M Concession maintenance of New Bohol International Airport
(Panglao) is to be undertaken by the Proponent by
virtue of a Concessionaire Agreement with a
Concession Period of Twenty-five (35) years.

The project will involve the upgrade, operations and


maintenance, and future expansions of the New
Bohol airport. The project will be undertaken through
an Operate-Add-Transfer contractual arrangement
with Aboitiz InfraCapital Inc (Proponent), and will
generally include the following components:
a. Beginning on O&M Start Date, taking-over the
operations and maintenance of the existing facilities
of New Bohol Airport from CAAP;
b. Capacity augmentations through expansion or
construction of new passenger terminals, along with
all associated infrastructure and facilities as per
applicable standards;
c. Installation of all the required equipment and
associated facilities as per applicable standards;
d. Enhancement or development of airside
facilities to meet the enhanced scale of operations at
the airport; and
e. Operations and maintenance of all enhanced
airside facilities, including, among others, the apron,
runway, and taxiway. The Grantors will remain
responsible for Air Traffic Control.

11 DPWH Balo-i Plains Flood The project will put up a flood protection system in ODA

existing terminal to the same qualified
concessionaire.

Projects of the scope of works for each component:

For Ambal-Simuay:
• River widening and construction of parallel dikes
along the river to the cut-off channel;
• A new channel with a dike-to-dike width of 250
meters;
• Dredging and excavation of an estimated 2.87
million cubic meters of materials to achieve the
design river width, covering a total length of 11.2
kilometers; and
• Construction of an 11.6- kilometer dike and a 9.1-
kilometer dike along the left and right banks,
respectively.

For Rio Grande de Mindanao


• Channel dredging and construction of dikes,
retaining walls and flood gates;
• Dredging works covering a total length of 6.1
kilometers and an estimated volume of 7.87 million
cubic meters of dredged materials;
• Construction of the dikes and retaining walls with a
total length of 25 kilometers; and
• Installation of flood gates at every entrance or exit
of the creeks connected to Rio Grande de Mindanao,
with twenty three (23) flap gates.

2 DOTr Metro Manila BRT - Construction of dedicated lanes with busways, ODA
Line 2 depots, and as much as 63 stations/terminals. These
(EDSA/Central) lanes include one lane per direction between stations,
and two lanes per direction at stations. The project
will also procure high-quality and high-capacity
buses, install smart signaling system at intersections
and central control system, and provide contactless
automatic fare collection system.

Per PFMI Consultation with NPC held on For review

the scope of the Rehabilitation of all Agus-
Pulangi Hydroelectric Plant Units.

DOTr informed that preliminary findings in 2017
by the Asian Development Bank for the
proposed EDSA BRT confirmed that the BRT
system may not be the appropriate citing very
difficult technical considerations and may not
be economically viable.
