    Dear Ivan,

    OFFER AND APPOINTMENT LETTER

    Further to your interview, we are pleased to make formal our offer of employment as a Site Supervisor
    for Q-Sourcing Limited (QSL) under the CNOOC Enertec International Project effective September 16th,
    2017.

    1. DURATION:
    Q-Sourcing Ltd offers you this appointment for a period of one (01) year subject to three (03) months’
    probation.

    2. REPORTING & LOCATION:


    Reporting to the Project Administrator QSL, you will be stationed at Kingfisher Kyangwali located in
    Hoima District.

    3. REMUNERATION:
    You will be paid a gross salary of UGX. 650,000/= (Uganda Shillings Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand
    Only) subject to all statutory deductions.

    OTHER BENEFITS:
    a) You will be entitled to medical cover for self which will be provided by the company’s medical
    service provider.
    b) You will be entitled to Lunch per day worked.
    c) You will also be added to the Company’s Closed User Group (CUG) to ease your
    communication with other staff. During field work, adequate accommodation including meals
    will be provided. Please note that these benefits are subject to review from time to time.

    Any other Terms and Conditions of Service governing this appointment are detailed in the Service
    Contract that will be issued and signed at the start of your employment.

    Kindly indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning copy to the Human Resources
    Department not later than Friday October 27th, 2017.
