dated…………… , and in respect to allotment, the executant has executed Apartment Buyer’s Agreement dated
_______________________ with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the said Apartment”). The said Apartment
has been developed by__________________________________..
AND WHEREAS, the Executant is desirous of transferring / assigning the allotment of the Apartment No.
_______________ in Tower/Building No _________ Floor ________ in the said _____________________ and agrees
to execute any documents /affidavits/ undertakings/ applications as required by M/s
_______________________________.
AND WHEREAS, the Executant is required to be present in city ________________- for the purposes of execution of
the documents/ affidavits/ undertakings/ applications for the above said transfer of allotment. However, the Executant
is unable to be present in person in the office of M/s ___________________________, as the Executant will not be
available in ______________________ at the time of signing of such documents/ affidavits/ undertakings/ applications
and is not able to physically attend to the various acts and deeds required to be done for the above said transfer of
allotment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BY THIS ATTORNEY, I/We, the Executant herein, do herby appoint, nominate and
constitute Mr./Mrs./Ms. __________________________________S/W/D of ________________________________

(Attorney) as and to be my /our true and lawful attorney, for me/us, in my name and on my/our behalf to do the
following acts:-
1. To represent me/us in the office of M/s __________________________________ to make payment of the

balance sale price, if any and all other amounts due and payable under the said Apartment Buyer’s Agreement,

to sign and deliver any letter, document and/or representation in connection with the transfer/ nomination of
the said apartment.
2. To execute proper documents/affidavits/undertakings/applications and all such other papers and documents
that may be required for transfer/ nomination of the said apartment and to get the same allotment duly
transferred.
3. To represent me/us in the Sub-registrar’s Office, in the office of the concerned authority/department under
State of ________________________ Development Authority, or any other Government or local Authority,
local body, and make statements execute documents and to do any and all deeds, matters and things as may be
required under law / Apartment Buyer’s Agreement for the transfer of the said allotment.
4. To receive consideration for and on behalf related to the said transfer of allotment of the Apartment No.
_________ in Tower/Building No _______, Floor _______in the said Group Housing Project in and to do such
other deeds/acts for the purposes of conclusion of the transfer/ nomination of such allotment as required by
