The first1chapter Outline

1.1 And the process control station processor

unit
Process control station is the basic unit GE Energy dispersion control
automatic processing and control system of OC 6000e. It can achieve
data acquisition, data processing, loop control and communication
functions, and process control station also has a self-diagnostic fault
tolerance and redundancy.

Dispersion process unit is a control station processor core components,

referred to as DPU. OC 6000e system I / O card input and output control,
alarm detection, closed-loop control, to complete the calculation in the DPU.

1.1.1 Node number

Typically a process control station contains two redundant configuration
DPU. OC 6000e recommendations: DPU node number occupies 1 ~ 80 and 101
~ 180, and 201 to 250. Wherein 1 to 50,101 ~ 150,201 ~ 250 is a triple redundant
controller node region, such as a set 1/101/201 triple redundant controllers;
51 ~ to 180 ~ 80,151 dual redundant controller node region, such as a set of
dual redundant 51/151 controller. Triple redundancy dual redundant node
number may also be used, such as a pair of dual redundant 50/150 controller.

Node number area HMI (Human Machine Interface Station) station 81 to 100 and 181
to 200.

1.1.2 DPUOperating status

There are four states the DPU operation, the master state, the tracking state, the
locked state and the initial state.

A pair of redundant DPU normal operation, wherein a state of the master, the
other tracking state. DPU software according to the state of their own CPU, I
/ O and network status for the corresponding automatic switch, so that if the
master fault DPU, DPU can be immediately switched to the tracking master
work. Further, the configuration tool engineer can also switch request DPU.

When the DPU has just started to enter the initial state, the self-test to
identify yellow, after the start, DPU should be upgraded to a master state or
tracking state. When configuring the tracking algorithm and the DPU DPU

master is not the same, the DPU will display the locked state. When the
configuration file is not the DPU, the DPU will show an initial state, engineers
should download DPU DPU configuration file or synchronization tracking, in
order to eliminate the initial state of the DPU.

Other state DPU see OC 6000e HMI Software Manual (GEK-114944) chapter.

1.1.3 DPUConfiguration information

OC 6000e system I / O card input and output control, alarm detection, closed-loop
control, calculation must DPU
Completed. Engineers have completed the configuration of the DPU on the
engineering station, modification and debugging.

OC 6000e provides a control algorithm language Compliance with IEC 1131-3,
and in particular to strengthen the language in which the graphical
configuration and commissioning of the function block as the basic elements
of the configuration and commissioning very easy and intuitive. OC 6000e
provides various functional blocks common, users can generate their own
specific function blocks OC 6000e tool.

DPU DPU internal data into general description, functional blocks, and page objects.

Overall description contains DPU explanatory information and where all pages.
Each page object with the specified execution cycle. The function block object
can only exist in the page, the same page function block has the same
calculation cycle.

And function blocks are designated page with page number and block
number. Page number and function block has executed, execution order in
which they clear the number performed in the DPU. Performing a small
number page number in preference to larger page execution performed, in
the same page, the smaller number of function blocks perform the
execution priority number larger block execution. Online users can
perform debugging tool to change the page number and the block to adjust
the execution order. However, online users can not change the page
number and block number.

1.2 DPU Configuration process

"System Configuration" is DPU configuration software. On the engineering station,
engineers and users to log in above the level of "MPC", in order to run the
software.

"System Configuration "configuration provides two ways: offline and online.

When the off-line mode, a user opens on engineering station DPU configuration
files, the page editing function block, the input block is provided, and an
output parameter, then save the file on the hard engineering station. Users
can generate offline configuration file downloaded to the DPU, DPU also be
configured to run content can coat up, modify and debug.

When using online configuration, the user must first link is configured
DPU, DPU can directly read and write the configuration. The user can perform
on-line manner and function blocks DPU page modification, deletion, insertion
and other operations, and can be seen in the operating data DPU, intuitive
online debugging. After the online configuration, the user must exit the DPU
login.

1.5 function block

Function block (Function Block), or B is used to represent the FB.

Function module is The basic elements of DPU configuration. OC 6000e are

predefined functional blocks of various types and a variety of functions to meet
the users need to realize various applications. Function block is a set of
routines, according to IEC61131-3 standard. When the function is called, the
system runs the subroutine, and the operation result to the storage units and
the corresponding output terminal.

Network is divided into functional blocks may I / O module, OC 4000 hardware

1.5.2 type of data

Data transfer between the functional blocks of three types: boolean(1
byte), a float (IEEE Std 4 bytes) and a long integer (4 bytes). However,
parameters, intermediate amount, status, subject to this limit. Long
integer and floating point analog collectively, they can pass each

other, the function block will be automatically converted, but the user
should pay attention to the accuracy loss due to conversion. Boolean
Boolean variables can only be passed to.

When calculating the function block, output state, the intermediate

amount is updated, other functional blocks may retrieve its output can
also be obtained indirectly via special status function block TQ (n
boolean converted amount), but can not obtain wherein the amount of

not be changed to other function blocks, it is possible to change only
when its own calculations.

Output can be a floating point, long integer, in any Boolean; a state

type of software allows, is irrelevant to the user, it records the
state of the function block is calculated.

1.5.3 No. execution

For the implementation of the serial number OC 6000e graphical configuration
software is a very important parameter. Logical page configuration and the
configuration of each function block execution has its own serial number, DPU
based on this sequence number has the configuration of each page and each
function block is calculated. Run sequence, the higher the priority is
calculated, i.e. DPU will ascending order of sequence number sequentially
performing calculation or function block configuration page. If the page
configuration or function blocks perform the same sequence number, the page
number or a small number may be preferentially calculation block. Reference
will be generated automatically executed when configuring the page or block
to create a default number of times for the page or block number, such as a
page number or a block number 15, the default number is executed 150. Of
course, users can customize the configuration page number or function blocks
performed by software configuration. Offline, the user can configure the page
configuration software function block according to its position, to
automatically generate the execution order from left to right for the number
block execution.

Incorrect execution number setting will not only affect the efficiency
of logic, but also may lead to errors. As shown in FIG 1.5-2 logic:

6 GEK-114946 OC 6000e Function

Block Manual
FIG 1.5-2 logic execution sequence

FIG three routing logic "Add" adder modules.No. 1 output value is increased
every calculation cycle 10, a first passage (1,2,3,4,5 composition by the block)
and the third passage (1,14,13,12,11 number by the block composition)
performing logical calculation incremented direction the same direction, in
one calculation cycle can be passed to the output No. 1 to the value of the
deviation calculation module (No. 15), so the final result has been calculated,
the deviation is zero. However, a second path (1,9,8,7,6 composition by the
block number) of the block No. 9,8,7,6 performing logical calculation
incremented direction opposite to the direction of the output value number 1
in the original three calculation cycle

6 GEK-114946 OC 6000e Function

Block Manual
The deviation can not be transmitted to the calculation module (No. 10),
resulting in the final calculation result produced by the first path 30
Bias.

We can see from the above example, even if the same logical structure,
but due to different causes the function to perform serial number
provided in the configuration page is calculated sequentially cycle and
a difference is produced, and then lead the end result also had
differences.

In order to ensure accuracy and high efficiency execution logic, logic

structures should comply with the following two principles:

(1) For the configuration page execution order signal input portion
should(AI, DI signal) first, and then the count of logicComputing
section, the final signal output section(AO, DO signals);

(2) For the configuration function block execution order in the page to be
followed is calculated from left to right;

Also note that the new configuration page to increase the number or
perform the function block is always the biggest, that they will be
calculated at the end. When a user accidentally deleted a configuration
page or function block, re-add configuration page or function block
will be the last to perform. Thus in this case, pay attention to the
user manually setting performing serial execution order to avoid changes
result in reduced efficiency or performing a logical error result.

1.5.4 Function Block Attributes

The user can see the functional description of the functional block, the
block number, serial number, like the work function block properties tab
State, and the output value of the quality of transfer mode to save
mode.

Each function block has a status word, the status of this function block
is described in operation. State of the function block transfer mode
can be user-defined. In addition to some special functional blocks, all
of the functional blocks can be defined as not transmitted, transmission
OR, AND transfer. As a function block has three inputs, three input
function belongs

GEK-114946 OC 6000e Function 7

Block Manual
The quality of the block will be passed as a user-defined function
blocks on this quality, and air quality is not involved in the feet
pass. Transfer mode is defined in the mode word, 0 means no transmission,
transmission 1 represents OR, AND 2 represents a transmission, the
default is not transmitted. Save the output word is also defined in the
embodiment, there are two ways to save and not saved, not saved default.
DPU meaning saved output timing of the output of the function block
stored, when the DPU restarts its output remains saved state before the
DPU stopped, this feature is only generally accumulated amount. The
spots will not participate in the calculation of only a few modules to
function.

1.5.5 Input and output parameters, and

While the block is initialized, output state, the amount will be set
as the intermediate initial value. Wherein the output of the initial
value is user definable.

Range parameter defines how the functional blocks or acts. Parameters may
be multiple data types, the user does not have to shutheart. When users
configure and modify online, user-definable change parameter values.
Once set parameters will not change. That parameter is set by the user,
the function block itself is not changed.

Defined input function block may be a pointer, it may be an immediate

constant. It is a defined, indicating that the calculation will not be
changed when the user. When defined as a pointer or other output of
this function block to block number B, an output terminal I in the form
of FIG. The data can only point to floating point, long integer, boolean
three types. Boolean output can only be connected to the Boolean inputs,
floating point or long integer output can only be connected to the
floating point or long integer input. BI represented by the same page
pointer, P is implicitly page. 1 is a full-BI is NULL pointer indicates
that this entry point data is not desirable. Must be achieved between
pages referenced by a particular function block, and they are XPgAI
XPgDI, must be referenced XPgAO, XPgDO the Internet or other modules.

Input may also be defined as an immediate constant, the constant must

be immediate floating point, long integer, a Boolean data.

Briefly, the input may be a pointer, NULL (null pointer), immediate

constants.
