    WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    We, CONDRADA A. TORINO, REXON JAY A. TORINO, ARNEL


    A. TORINO and KIM A. TORINO , all of legal ages, all Filipino Citizen,
    and with residence address at Phase 4 Blk. 12 Lot 3 Cabuco Heights,
    Trece Martires City, Cavite, after having been duly sworn on oath in
    accordance with law, depose and state:

    That we the surviving heirs of the late FLAVIANO C. TORINO


    who died on April 21, 2019 at Dela Salle University Medical
    Center, Dasmariñas City, Cavite;

    That the aforementioned decedent is a bonafide member of a


    Saint Peter Plan, Trece Martires City, Cavite Branch;

    That we, CONDRADA A. TORINO, REXON JAY A. TORINO,


    ARNEL A. TORINO and KIM A. TORINO have waived and
    renounced, whatever shares, interests and participation we have
    in the above-mentioned Saint Peter Plan in favor of ALAN A.
    TORINO, free from all liens, charges or encumbrances
    whatsoever;

    That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


    foregoing facts and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
