disciplinary sanction should be imposed upon you with respect to the foregoing incident listed above.
Your failure to provide a written explanation, despite notice, shall be taken to mean as
voluntary and valid waiver of your right to present your evidence and the Company shall resolve the
disciplinary matter based on evidence on record.
