Software Developer

Project Description: This project was based on the implementation of complete E-Governance office suite
which includes File and correspondence Management, DAK Management, Office Note Approval,
Committee and Meetings, Document Management System (OmniDocs).

 Workflow Management System (OmniFlow) for automation of Employee Centric Service Requests
processes which contains one master process with 8-10 work-steps and eleven requisitions
request initiated by user. These requests are for Earned Leaves (EL), Casual Leaves (CL), Restricted
Holiday (RH), Temporary Duty (TD), Leave Travel Concession (LTC) and Central Government Health
Scheme (CGHS).

 Second workflow for the cancellation request for these workflow processes which includes one
master process with 8-10 work-steps.

 Third workflow was the authority approval process which includes one master process with 15
work-steps.

 Seven reports were created using Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tool in which employee can
see the status of the applied requests.
