1 Introduction:
Task Management System (TMS) is a web based Application, designed and developed to
enable the Teaching assistants (TA), Research assistants (RA) and Executive Assistants (EA)
to add their accomplished tasks at the centralized repository with their complete details.
TMS is fully integrated with People soft ERP system to avoid any data discrepancy. TMS
allows faculty members to Approve/Disapprove the number of hours worked by students
in accomplishing tasks in order to create transparency in the financial calculations, which
will now be paid on the basis of Approved hours only.

4 Steps to Use:
Following are the steps which can be followed to use the Task management system.
Once you have viewed the task details and verified the accomplished task so now you can just
simply click the approve button at the right most column of this row to Approve the working
hours.

Note: Students’ payments will only be made for their approved hours. All the unapproved hours will
not be considered for monthly payments.
When you will approve the task then status column will be updated and will show Approved status for
all the approved tasks.
