Sir/Madam,
At present I have a very low net take home pay to finance our daily expenses, and GSIS
offered GFAL or GSIS Financial Assistance Loan to help teacher recover from their loans and
to have a bigger net take home pay.
So I humbly appeal from your good office to allow GSIS to pay the outstanding balance
of my loans.
In this regard, may I request for a copy of Statement of Account of my loans and
Borrower Loan Agreement voucher and a certificate documents indicating the details of my
loans as requirement in applying for GFAL.
