Re: Offer of Employment - Mechanical Engineer

I am very pleased to offer you the position of Mechanical Engineer with AV Group. This is a full-time,
permanent position with a start date of March 2nd, 2020.

Roles and Responsibilities are:

• Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms,
components and systems;

• Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures

• Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems

• Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs

• Prepare and evaluate technical proposals

• Design plant modifications and technological changes to improve productivity

• Conduct root cause failure and analysis for abnormalities in running operation and identify
improvement.
• Continuous collaboration with Mechanical Planner and Supervisor along with Operations
Team to ensure successful execution of maintenance tasks and achievement of results.

This position will have a starting salary of 60,000.00 CAD per year. Your salary is payable once a month
at month end, less required deductions.

You will receive two weeks of paid vacation per year, pro-rated for your first year if applicable. Vacations are to be
taken at such time or times as are mutually convenient between the employer and the employee.
In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to the following:

• Relocation allowance given pursuant to the employer's policy; and

• Benefit plan: 5 percent project accomplishment appreciation.
