Only the interchangeable elastomer sleeve contacts the process fluid. The Sigma valve comes in sizes from 1" to 20" with flanges, and can be operated manually, pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. It is made from cast iron or aluminum with various elastomer sleeve materials suitable for abrasion resistance.

    Closed body pinch valve


    The Sigma valve is a pinch valve designed for on/off
    or throttling control of abrasives and corrosives in
    suspension. The full flow, full I.D. design permits flow
    through the valve in either direction without any
    obstructions.
    Only the interchangeable elastomer sleeve contacts the
    process fluid. Other internal parts are isolated from
    contamination.

    Sizes : From 1" up to 20"

    Conection : ANSI B16.5 class 150 flanges as standard.

    Actuator availables : Manual, Bevel gear, Pneumatic,


    Electric, Hydraulic.

    Maximum working pressure : 150 psi cwp as standard,


    other option under request.

    Materials

    Body : Cast iron as standard. Aluminum under


    request.

    Sleeve : Natural rubber, Neoprene, Hypalon,


    Butyl, EPDM, etc.
