    SKILL CRITERIA FOR OPERATORS
    QUALIFYING

    1.Introduction /company information

    (About Entery and exit time ,lunch,tea break time of


    the company ,shift ,shoes changing and time tabelof
    duty in shift ,shoes are must to put for safety
    purpose .attandence system,,prohibited of tobacco
    chewing ,& smoking & mobile phone,

    1. telling qulity policy of company introduction


    2. Work Behaviour with colleagues and seniors
    LEVEL-1 Production 3. Basic Knowledge of 1S & 2 S
    Helper /can work under HR Along with
    15 days Min.50% Marks
    guidence Production Head
    4.Handeling of ok /defects parts ,redbin /yellow
    bin/blue bin .
    5. Rejection Marking
    6. Knowledge of product name & material tag along
    with QC
    7.Knowledge of checksheet filling (CLIT Checksheet
    /Hourly Production Report)
    8. Knowledge of work place safety and follow safety
    norms

    9. Discipline

    ALL of level 1+

    1) Awearness about parts name and model name

    2) Awear About Production Target

    LEVEL-2 Operator 3) To Work as independent operation One Month with Min.60% Marks Production Head
