    LIMITATIONS

    During the project research, the researcher found a great scope to understand
    different aspects of the project. He/She gained a million dollar experience while
    collecting data for the research.

    Due to confidentiality matters offices of the (company you visited) did not give
    acknowledgement letter to the researcher and the respondents were not
    disclosing the facts & figures.

    All in all, due to the limitations, researcher could only get information from
    some of the articles, journals, magazines, guides & friends.
    METHODOLOGY
    In order to conduct the research an appropriate methodology became necessary.
    In this direction both primary & secondary data were attempted to be collected.
    The methodology is concentrated in the following areas:-

    1. Method of collecting the data


    2. Method of recording the collected data
    3. Method of editing the data

    The steps of methodology is explained as stated below:

    1. The secondary data is taken from various published articles, book,


    journals, & relevant websites. The library of our college has been of great
    help.
    2. The primary data is collected from the manager level officer

    Questionnaire was initially prepared in rough sketch. These questions were


    discussed with teachers & internal guides and then they are adopted. Later these
    questions were presented to the respondents. Due to the time constraint on the
    part of the researcher as well as the respondents, data collection restricts to a
    limited area

    Questionnaire were collected and arranged in recording sheets. Incomplete


    responses were then deleted.

    Thus a methodology began a pre-planned strategy in collecting, editing &


    interpreting the required information for the research.

    To list all those names who have helped me in my research is difficult because
    they are many in number & depth is also enormous.

    I would like to acknowledge the following as being idealistic channel & fresh
    dimension in completion of project.

    I would like to thank Shri. Ajay Kaul for giving me an opportunity to be a


    student of this esteemed institution and providing the necessary facilities
    required for completion of project.
