**BAPTISM**
MATTHEW 28:19 - Jesus institutes the sacrament of Baptism.
- "Go, therefore, make disciples of all the nations: baptise them in
the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit"
**FRUITS OF BAPTISM**
+ The Original Sin is forgiven
+ We become Children of God
+ We become members of the Church
1 Corinthians 6:15 - "Your bodies are members making up the body of Christ"

***CONFIRMATION***
JOHN 20:21-22 - "As the Father sent me, o I am sending you. Receive the Holy
Spirit"
PENTECOST - when the Confirmation in the spirit took place for the first time.
ACTS 2:1-4 - The descent of the holy spirit to the apostles and Mary
ACTS 19:6 - the confirmation took place at any time the apostles laid their hands
over the disciples.

MATTER OF CONFIRMATION
Laying of Hands - it is the matter of the sacrament of confirmation
ACTS 8:15, 17 - Peter and John laid hands on them and they receive the Holy Spirit
SACRED CHRISM - makes us prophets, king, and priests like Jesus Christ.
CHRIST and CHRISTIANS - names that come from the word "Chrism" which means
"Anointed"
Olive Oil and Perfume - makes up the sacred Chrism
Holy Thursday - the bishop consecrates the Sacred Chrism
**HOLY EUCHARIST**
Last Supper - Jesus instituted the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist
MARK 14:22-24 - Take this, this is my body. Then he took a cup and give thanks, he
gave it to his disciples and all drank from it and he said to them: This is my body
and blood of the covenant, which is to be poured out for many.
2. We assemble on the day of our Lord's Resurrection just like our ancestors did to
their faith.

3. CONCLUDING PRAYER
1 JOHN 1:8-9 - If we say that we have no sin in us, we are deceiving ourselves and
refusing to admit the truth but if we acknowledge our sins, then God who is
faithful and just will forgive our sins and purify us from everything that is
wrong.
MATTHEW 16;19 - I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, whatever you
bind on earth shall be considered bound in heaven; whatever you loose on earth
shall be considered loosed in heaven.
FRUITS OF PENANCE
1. Penance remits all sins and gives us sanctifying grace.
2. We are reconciled with the Church
Mark 10:21 - Go and sell everything you own and give the money to the poor and you
