Overall I thought the video was pretty cheesy for my taste, but it did leave an important
message across. It showed that even on a low budget you are able to have a variety of healthy
options to have a nutritious meal. On top of that you got more dense food that if you were to
spend the same amount of money on junk food. In the video the person who bought junk food
bought roughly 3 pounds of food compared to the person who bought a variety of healthily
food they doubled their food density to six pounds. In the case when I did the $10 dollar
challenge I was able to buy 12 pounds of food that I can make a variety of dishes and or drinks
and even snacks if I wanted to. The main thing I got out of the video take the time and invest in
your health and by that I mean is make your own meals as much as you can because it tends to
save you money in the long run. Compared to buying ready to eat meals and or junk food they
tend to be a lot more expensive and of course more unhealthy for you raising the changes of
you having complications with your health if that is all the type of foods you eat consistently
2 other ways you could compare food choices besides using the weight of the items?
