At BT, we have mastered a 4-week format, in which at least 21 lectures (minimum 7 for
each subject) of 3 hours duration are offered to students. 1 Offline and 1 Online test (with
common ranking across batches) with detailed analysis apart from the class tests are also
conducted within these 4 weeks. This structure ensures effective and timely completion of
syllabus. This is further followed by 3 rounds of rigorous revisions till JEE Advanced.
With 1800+ hrs of Class Room Teaching and many more hours of doubt sessions, this two
year course for 10th passed students is truly comprehensive.
Selection for the Comprehensive Program shall be
based on the performance in this Entrance test
In our usual entrance tests, students appear for a test based on the topics taught by Vaibhav sir in his
interaction with students. Though this time-tested method is the best to assess students for their IQ
as well as comprehension, unfortunately for now we will have to change its format.
The Government has disallowed the use of any auditorium (like Ambedkar Bhawan, where your
entrance exam to BT was scheduled) till March end. Now we shall only conduct a 1.5 hour long IQ
test .This entrance exam shall be held ONLINE. Following shall be the NEW format for entrance
process:
1. We shall share You Tube links to a series of small introductory videos by 31st of March. Through
these videos you shall come to know about the top engineering and science colleges of our country
and the corresponding entrance exams. Many frequently asked questions shall also be addressed.
2. We shall share our online portal link with you with your unique ID and password by 2nd
April. After login, on the portal, you shall find a practice (trial) test containing 5 questions. Student
should take that test to get used to writing a test on the online portal and report the difficulty faced if
any.
3. The actual entrance exam for admission to Bakliwal Tutorials shall be conducted online on the
same portal on 4th April (on the same date for which you had registered for the entrance exam).
The duration of the entrance test (IQ test) shall be 1.5 hours and it shall go live at sharp 4 PM. The
test can be started anytime from 4 to 4:30 pm, and it shall continue for 1.5 hours from the time it
started. Kindly note, student would not be able to begin the test after 4:30 PM. A stable internet
connection shall help in smooth conduction of the test.
4. Result (which includes the type of batch and the scholarship won, if any) of the test shall be
communicated within 24 hours. In the next couple of emails, we will send you the link to the
introductory videos, link of our online portal and your unique ID and password. One of our staff
members shall call you soon and can be your one point contact for all your queries.
5. The fee for this entrance exam would be Rs. 500 only.

Types of Batches:
Getting the best students together is one of the attributes that is common across all the top rank
producing institutes in the country. The concept of 'merit wise batches' allows students to study with
their peers of relatively the same intelligence level. This maximizes the personal growth of students
and even the teachers are able to plan their lectures well. This also creates a spirit of positive &
healthy competition among the students. These batches are not fixed in 11th standard and are prone
to shuffle based on child's performance in regular BTests.
To begin with, students shall be allotted batches as per their combined performance in the entrance
exam & BTests conducted so far. In class 11th, after every 4 weeks, we conduct an offline BTest.
Based on the performance in the first BTest students shall be shuffled across batches maintaining
their location preferences. Then the shuffling shall happen after two BTests as per combined
performance in those two BTests. So, the shuffling is done after odd numbered i.e. 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th
BTest and so on.

Course Plan
Comprehensive course shall begin from Monday, 6th April 2020 in the ONLINE format. There
shall be 3 lectures per week of 2 hrs duration. This arrangement will continue until the lockdown is
lifted by the government. Regular classroom orientation classes will resume soon after that. The
detailed Time table will be shared in the first week of April by mail.
st
Classes shall resume from 1 June 2020. The course will then pick up speed with on an average 6
lectures per week. In addition to these regular lectures, separate doubt sessions will also be
conducted at different centers regularly where student gets an opportunity to get his/her doubts
solved on a one to one basis. Every 4 weeks, other than the class tests, there will be 2 mega tests
(1 online and 1 offline), which we call BTest.
Till the end of October 2021 the students shall be thoroughly taught all the topics from JEE
syllabus (for details, see the table on next page). After October 2021, we shall revise and re-revise
the syllabus through lectures of increased time duration and systematically designed sheets and
tests till JEE Advanced exam (conducted in the last week of May 2022).
