LINGUISTICS MINORS
If you are planning to develop and declare a Minor in Linguistics, here are
some possible combinations of Level II and Level III courses, based on
career tracks/streams. MOST (but not all) Levels II courses require the
three Level I Linguistics courses as pre-requisites – LING 1001, LING
1002 and LING 1005. For example, the Discourse courses require one or
two of these courses, but not all three, and the Patois and Gender courses
require none.
