    About Law Olympiad:


    Olympiad examinations helps to identify the capability of a student and assess his/her potential to
    compete in today’s world. It seeks to reward industry and excellence and also prepare the students
    to face the challenges ahead. It assesses the understanding and knowledge of the students and
    bring to fore the areas needing engagement so that proper attention can be given to the areas
    lacking proficiency. In nutshell, it acts as a platform for assessment of students wherein students
    may assess themselves and also compete with their fellows at the same time. The curriculum has
    been so designed as to involve students more towards social legislation in order to enhance
    awareness regarding the same.

    This law Olympiad is first of its kind. It aims to make legal knowledge enriching and undemanding
    for students. It will help to create awareness among the young students about the nuances of law.
    It will be a diverting task for students which will encourage them to take a step ahead and read
    outside of the textbooks and delve into the intricacies of the practical issues faced by the society
    and further help them to gain a better understanding of law. What differentiates this law Olympiad
    from other law competitions is its focus on social legislations and also the scores and feedback
    given to each student so as to make them aware of where they lack and what more needs to be
    done in pursuit of their preeminence.
    Mode- Online (All Over India)

    Type- Objective Questions & One Word Answer

    Marks- 80 Marks

    Time- 60 Minutes

    Eligibility-
    Students pursing any Law course from a recognized university/Institute

    shall be eligible to participate.

    Syllabus:
    The basic knowledge of the law is enough to participate in the Law

    Olympiad which includes Current Affairs related to Law, IPC,

    Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Social Legislation and Legal

    Aptitude, WHO, Legal English.

    Tentative Dates & Timing


    Last Date of Registration: April 23, 2020.

    Exam Date: April 26, 2020. 6pm to 7pm

    Result will be announced on April 29,2020

    Fee: Rs 299/   (One Part of the fee will be donated for COVID-19

    Pandemic)
    Successfully registered participants will be provided with important

    guidelines and details to participate in the quiz.
