Other Terms & conditions:
A. The subscriber has to recharge with Plan voucher after every “plan/recharge validity” period or any applicable
recharge to avail the benefits under this tariff plan. In case of recharge with applicable STV/Combo voucher, the
validity of tariffs plan will be extended corresponding to validity of that STV/Combo voucher. In case of non-
recharge with plan voucher or any applicable recharge at the end of validity period, BSNL reserves the right to
provide the plan benefits in a curtailed manner during the grace period with GP-I of 7 days and GP-II of 165 days. In
case this recharge condition is not met, post the grace period, the services will be suspended. Validity extension of
30 days on the last day of GP-1, Rs19/- will be deducted from main balance on the last day of GP-1 and revert the
connection in ACTIVE state for 30 days in the same plan without any freebies w.e.f 13.01.2020. Customers are
allowed to recharge STVs/combo vouchers of MRP Rs.75 and above during GP-I & GP-II period and make the
customers in active status under base plan with validity of the recharged STVs/Combo vouchers for all plans
(Corporate & circle specific) of retail customers
B. The voice/SMS benefits under the plan voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, IN
numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs
for the same.
C. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.
D. Applicable for Unlimited Plans i.e. PV186/429/485/666/1699:- Customer using more than 250minutes outgoing
minutes [(Local + STD + Outgoing Roaming) (On-net/Off-net) as per Unlimited recharge benefits] in a day will be
charged at base plan tariff, after consumption of 250 minutes for the rest of the day till midnight 0.00hrs

a. Rationalization of the MRP of “Corporate per second” plan from Rs.36 to Rs.74 and for “Corporate per minute” plan

plan validity of PV 74/75 from 180 days to 90 days w.e.f 16.01.2020. Freebies with PV 74 and PV75 is as 2GB

b. Extension of the main account/PV validity by “validity of recharged STV” when recharged STV’s validity is more
than present/ current PV validity. Otherwise present/ current PV validity will remain unchanged.
c. Validity of C-TopUp SIMs in 3012 class shall be increased by Rs. 37 Voucher by keeping their service class same.
No voucher is required for increasing the validity of C-TopUp SIMs in class 3056.
d. As per TRAI regulations every SMS beyond one hundred SMS per SIM per day shall be charged @ minimum
50p/SMS.
e. Base Service class for Data Plan vouchers are 3021, however any class can use these voucher, but cannot be out
before 365 days. Base Voice Tariff Plan is “Per minute plan”.
f. The plan voucher cost for Per Min plan is Rs. 75 and for Per Sec plan is Rs.74. This plan voucher will be used for
validity extension; migration etc..
g. Customers migrated by PV-74 and PV-75 shall avail full talk value on TopUps Rs500,550,1000,1100,2000,3000and
5500 as special benefit

U. Uniform charging of the Pre-paid Vouchers (STV/Plan voucher/Combo voucher) on MRP,

1. Promotional offer on SIM charges for 90 days w.e.f 12.01.2020 of 2G/3G/4G SIM shall be given FREE to the

Retailers/ CSC in all SSAs during the scheme period. However SIM cost for new activations through FRC of
