1.You must bring this E-Admit Card along with self attested coloured photograph(not more than 3 months old) affixed on it. Otherwise you will not
be allowed to appear in the Examination.

3.Mobiles, Watches, Bluetooth or any other Communication/calculation devices are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre.
4.There is no provision for storing Bags, Mobiles,Watches etc. at the venue and the authorities will not responsible for these.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES
1. The candidate should bring the E-Admit Card along with self attested coloured photograph(not more than 3 months old)
affixed on the E-Admit card to secure admission in the Examination Centre otherwise he/she will not be allowed to enter
the Examination Centre.
2. Immediately on downloading of the E-Admit Card, the candidate should check it very carefully and discrepancies be
brought to the notice of SSSB,Punjab if any, without any delay and in any case on or before 13.03.2020, falling which any
objection as to any discrepancy in E-Admit card will not be entertained thereafter.
3. It is mandatory for the candidate to carry any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original and valid/non-
expired) : PAN card / voter ID / passport / driving license / aadhaar card (with photograph)
4. The candidate admission to the Examination is provisional subject to fulfilment of all the conditions of eligibility. If at any
stage, it is found that the candidate is not eligible, his /her candidature will be cancelled without any notice.
5. The Candidate should not be wearing shoes/high heel sandals inside the examination hall.
6. List of prohibited items at the examination centre
a) Any stationery item like textual material (printed/written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser etc.
b) Any electronic device like mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator etc.
c) All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
d) Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap etc.
e) Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottle etc.
f) Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/bluetooth device, spycamera etc.
7. Entry to the examination centre will close 15 minutes before the schedule start of the examination time.
8. All answers need to be registered on an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet, which is machine read and evaluated.
Candidates must use only BLUE/BLACK ball point pen to be provided by the SSSB, Punjab. Use of any kind of eraser
or whitener is NOT permitted.
9. The candidate is also advised to thoroughly read the instructions on the OMR answer sheet as well as on the question
paper and follow the same strictly.
10. The candidate must take the exam only at the examination venue indicated in the E-Admit Card. If the candidate reports
at any other examination venue, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
11. Candidate should write his/her name & roll number on the OMR answer sheet at the specific place provided for the
purpose.
12. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by
taking their thumb impression, photograph or by any other means at the examination centre
13. Should a candidate have any queries / doubts, he/she may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
14. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to
debarment of the candidate from the examination. This may also force appropriate legal action against him/her.
15. Any marks including any religious marks on the answer sheet, whereby, an answer sheet can be identified to a particular
candidate, is prohibited and the candidature of the candidate doing the same shall be cancelled.
16. The candidate should sign and put the thumb impression on the E-ADMIT CARD in the presence of the Invigilator.
17. The candidate is required to hand over E-ADMIT CARD (the lower portion) and OMR answer sheet to the invigilator
concerned before leaving the Examination Centre.
18. Candidate should check the question booklet and OMR answer sheet before filling responses. The candidate should
make sure that no page or question is missing from the question booklet. If any defect is found in the question
booklet/answer sheet, the same should be got replaced from the invigilator within 10 minutes of the start of the
Examination.
19. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
20. For rough work, the space marked 'Rough Work' at the end of the question booklet be used.
21. For any dispute in the Examination Centre, the decision of the Examination Conducting Authority will be final.
