birzeit university face some risks like strategic, political, economical, financing ,… risks , we
will discuss some of these risks and how we can Processed them.
1- Political risks : Birzeit University suffers from pressure on it by the occupation, which
is a major and direct obstacle in the process of education and development and the use
of a large number of students, lecturers and workers at the university.
This problem cannot be solved from its roots, as we know that the damage resulting
from the occupation often does not have insurance in insurance companies, but it can
be minimized by making external parties with influence to intervene to put a protocol, for
example, or a general law based on insuring the university from these damages, For example,
applying the law prohibiting the occupation from entering educational places.
These problems can be solved by requiring from supportive institutions and insurance
companies continuous and effective support and setting a special budget for
universities in order to remain in a high level of education and graduate more
effective and efficient classes for society until it develops, as the university must
develop a strategic plan and an accurate public budget that has oversight for the
university L in order to know the revenues and expenses that you need.
3- Lack of resources and not being used properly : One of the challenges that Birzeit
University is facing is the lack of resources and the lack of proper use of it, for
example, an increase in the population leads to an increase in the number of students
and acceptance of religious rates and also challenges that open a single class for the
course and place a large number of students in it and this leads to the production of a
segment of students without outputs The correct and necessary for him from a specific
course.
This phenomenon can be solved by accepting future and medium rates, meaning that
students have the ability to teach and learn, open more than one class for the course, and
divide the number of students correctly.
