Relationship with God: The best relationship

Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone.” (Genesis 2:18).

God created us dependent to the things around us. He never let us walk alone in

this world from the moment we born. Being in a relationship is a natural thing being

occurred in our lives. According to the dictionary, relationship is the way in which two or

more concepts, objects, or people are connected. So it doesn’t only pertains to the

special someone but also to our family, friends, things, and to the people who have part

in our heart. Therefore, I believe that everyone of us already experienced or

experiencing it right now.

Sadly, most of the people already forgot what is the most important as well as

the best relationship we could ever have – the relationship with God.

Have you ever encountered these sweet statements and promises? “I will never

leave you,” but still left us alone. “I love you more than anything in this world,” but

doesn’t have the capacity to prove it. And the most ridiculous one, “I can’t live without

you,” yet left you like a foolish one and still breathing and kicking until now.

People are betrayal and the best way to do is to trust God not people. People will

always break your heart but our almighty God restores it. People will leave, even your

family and you’re closest friend, but God will never leave us. For the Lord said, “I will

never leave you nor forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5). Believe it, He never and will never

disappoint us even though we always disappoint Him. God is always there for us. He is

our provider, our redeemer, our Lord and saviour as well. In short, He is everything.

For all the youths out there like me and for everyone as well, are you willing to

enter in a relationship right now? But this time is not with man nor to anything but with

our one and only God. It is now or never. Just a piece of advice, don’t be too rush

about relationship with someone, focus your relationship with God and serve Him
intimacy instead. Love the creator first before His creation. Just enjoy your youthful

season and single days while waiting for His perfect time and will. “God’s way is

perfect.” (Psalms 18:21). Trust, God knows best.

He is with us in times of brokenness. He is with us when people reject us. He is

with us when we fall down. He simply won’t let us face all these tribulations alone. And

even if we let go, He is still holding tightly. We are not alone, we are beloved.

Life of being a Christian

I dedicate this speech for those people who are curious when it comes to the life

of being a Christian. What is the life of being a Christian? I can say that being a

Christian is the best life you may have. And the only thing that you will know in this

speech is all about being a Christian. But before that, let me clarify something to all of

you that the objective of this speech is not to violate the beliefs of other people and I

am not promoting any religion here. Because it is not the religion who can save us but

Jesus Christ can. In short, the life of being a Christian is the life with Jesus Christ in

your heart.

Nowadays, many people are arguing about religion. They say that being a

Christian is another religion, but for me as a Christian, I’m telling to you that being a

Christian is not another religion it is a relationship with God. We are called Christians

because of Christ in our heart. And anyone can be a Christian if they open their heart

for Jesus Christ. Maybe some of you do not believe what I am saying here but I don’t

want you to believe in me, I want you to believe in Him instead.

My life before I’ve met Jesus Christ had no direction. My performance in school is

not good, and I’m not thinking about my future. I’m not a good student and not a good

son also. That’s why I’m asking myself why I am living in this world and to whom I’m

living for. But after I’ve met Him I found out that I’m living for Him and to serve Him.

And after that my life was change and become better.

Our life in this world is the best gift from God. We need to take care of it. Some

of us may experience difficulties that we can’t overcome and it leads to us to give up

our faith to God. Acts 14:22, “The Lord said we must pass through many troubles to

enter the Kingdom of God.” Maybe our difficulties are the preparation for the Kingdom

of God. All of us will die so that we need to keep our faith to God for us to be deserving

to the eternal life.


Matthew 19:26,”With God all things are possible.” What a great life if you have

Jesus Christ in your life. All the things you need can be provided by God. Meaning, if

you have God, you have everything. All you need to do is to give your life to God and

keep your faith to Him. How simple it is? For the things that God can do for you. I hope

that after you heard my speech I proved to all of you that being a Christian is the best

life you may have.
