II. MODELING THE HAYBRID NETWORK

A. PV network
At First, we model the solar cell as the smallest part of PV
Panel. Solar cell as the basic block is introduced in PV Panels
and each panel will be made of connecting these small cells in

allows current to pass from one hand to the other hand .Circuit U switch shown in this figure is composed of an IGBT and
model of a PV is as follows: Diode .When U=0 , Diode is ON and IGBT is OFF and vice
versa.
Switch operation can be divided into two different time
periods [11] .First period occurs when the switch is turned ON,
it means ,the relevant equations are as follows:

V. COUNCLUSION
The connection between two different type of electricity
generator,Diesel Generator and solar PV, being adaptive and
intelligent is the most important factor for controller. The
proposed intelligent controller is not only simple in design but
also easy to implement. Using of proposed FGSPI will be
accompanied with better response when we have load
disturbance in any area of power generation. It is expected that
the controller will perform effectively under different
operating conditions. Simulation results obtained demonstrate
the usefulness of the proposed controller.
