 Introduction

In the 21st century most especially in recent times, higher education has become

more and more of the norm amongst young people who strive to achieve a further

professional career. The question that now arises, can everyone benefit from higher

education? This question can be visualized from two fields: the personal and the

professional, in the first case young people can find better job opportunities through further

education and in the second case student can enjoy enhancing their social and personal

skills.

Throughout the world government are investing heavily in education as it is proven

that people who access to higher education can generate more economic dynamism, As a

consequence of this the effects on the social environment is enhanced profoundly , however

there are countries in which people cannot access to higher level of education as some parts

of Colombia in which the geography affect ingress to basic education increased with the

high corruption index, to the lack of public awareness of this is also problematic. Education

has become more of a lucrative business and as a result people of lower income find it

increasingly challenging to gain access to top universities.


Conclusion

In summary, home ownership is not only determined by economic or cultural

aspects. Also by the way in which the concept acquiring a property is a positive since this

concept is usually attributed to characteristics such as security and access to better schools,

this concept actually favors people who acquire property by promoting their personal

wealth while providing family stability and helping the economy of the country. These

people contribute to the state with properties taxes that can be reinvested in social works.

This means that the money collected benefit sectors of the community that otherwise could

not see the benefit of certain services such as medical services. Property taxes can also

contribute to improvements in the public sector such as hospital and educational

infrastructures that in the future affect the entire population.
