    Accessories : 1 pc Ø500 Manholes
    6 pcs Nozzles
    4 pcs Hold Down Bracket and 2 pcs Lifting Lugs
    Price : RM5,700.00 – Ex-factory
    Excluded: Design calculation, PE Approval, drawing, 3rd party inspection, delivery, unloading and
    installation at site and any other items do not mentioned in this quotation.
    Note : 1) Kindly be advised that we shall only commence our fabrication works at our factory after
    obtaining the client’s Approval of the Construction Drawing. If there are any amendment or
    changes to the initial Approval Construction Drawing later on, then sufficient time shall be
    granted by the client for the completion of our fabrication works.
    2) Gasket for tank is EPDM Gasket, Bolts and nuts is SS304.
    Resin : Norsodyne 3310 Orthophthalic
    Terms of Payment : 50% Advance Payment to Start Work
    50% Before Collection of Tank
    Validity : 2 weeks upon the above date
