Through these problems we manage to become more organize and mature in dealing with
problems that occur during our business. This business plan covers organization, marketing, operation
and financial report needed by a new entrepreneur as a guide to start the business.

business plan. This business plan has been prepared with the cooperation and support from many people.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our company name is Blossom Scarf. The name of this business is come out from the
imagination by the team management members. It shows that we positioning our products in customer’s
mind until they can remembering our business’s name, simple and easily to pronounce. Our business is
focused in Terengganu. Our nature business is offering scarf product for customers, providing the
variety of scarf that gives high satisfaction to consumer. Blossom Scarf consists a variety of bawal that
can give elegant and exclusive appearance. We use uncommon material that absorb sweat and cover
aurat. Our business commencement on 25 September 2019.
There are few reasons why we choose this particular business. This is because to encourage
women to wear hijab according to syariah compliance, to assist every women especially working
women in saving their time on wearing hijab and to attract women to become elegant, classy, stylish
and look more exclusive.
As for the business, we are providing a special hijab for the Malaysian women. As we go
through the changes of environment, women nowadays do not put on simple hijab on their daily attire
or outfits. Hence, from our survey we conclude that we are going to provide the Malaysian women with
the simple, easy to shape the awning, special and good materials scarf product that are well in high
product’s quality. Our client is customers identifying as middle and low class who want use product
with affordable price of product. We also targeting busiest workers or students because we have delivery
services of our product to customers home. Blossom Scarf marketing strategy is to emphasize the
quality and price of our products and services.
We are starting the business with the total capital of RM263.00 and all of the partners are
contributing RM43.83. We have six workers that is general manager, administration manager,
operational manager, marketing manager, financial manager and one from the operational department.
Our market target of customers’ characteristic is come from all income level and for all of the
customers’ level of ages. Even middle school age children also can effort to buy our products.
Business plan is necessary to all entrepreneurs. It is prepared to a group of people which owners
itself, bankers, suppliers, customers and employees. This plan include in Business Plan chapter which
is consists of marketing, operation, organization and financial report.
We are believe that we will be able to achieve our business goal with our business financial
position statement. We will get our return modal within short time and our current ratio will cover our
liabilities and put our business in comfort stage with the highest. Blossom Scarf want to become premier
scarf boutique for upscale expectant woman, stylish women by offering the newest and more variety
bawal scarf product. Besides that, to be one stop centre for women attire.

When something is “viable,” it is capable of not only germinating, but growing. In product
development terms, viability means that a product not only gets purchased, but it performs well enough
to be recommended to others. Its popularity spreads organically or virally. You want a product that both
initiates a sale and generates word of mouth.
In this business, we are introducing trend product which has never been sell in reasonable price.
Statistic shows that material chiffon voile and cotton voile are the one of Malaysian favourite hijab
product. However, many customers complain that some company choose to sell their product with
cheap price but in low quality material. Thus, we take initiative from that problem by finding the trusted
supplier that certified with their quality system so we can sell our product with best quality but in
affordable price. In addition, our product also has unique and limited design that make the customer
will definitely have the desire to try other design provided or wait for our restock time. Vast choices of
colour and design will contribute to a larger crowd of people because every person has their own
preference. Therefore, introducing the product will not be problem as material voile are not a new type
of material to the people.
We are designing our product uniquely as our customers demand and needs. Based on demand,
we focus on the colour selection to make sure the colour can attract the customers. The design also can
change the perception of the hijab. The more unique the design, the customer will be more attractive to
buy our product. Quality is important in order to attract the customer to buy our product. So, we provide
the high quality of our product to ensure the customer always satisfy with this product. It also can create
a good relationship between product owner and customer itself. Thus, our product can be recommended
to others as we consistently give the highest quality with reasonable price.

The management of Blossom Scarf Sdn. Bhd. consists of 6 top management workers which are
general manager, administration manager, operational manager, marketing manager, financial manager
and one from the operational department. Our business is to promote a team environment. With
understanding the goals and objectives of the project, the team can help each other be successful in
achieving business goals. Team members provide their expertise on projects and tasks differently. Each
team has a specific role and set up in a way that works. The company made a structure chart that clearly
define the types of roles within the department. In the structure of the work, it was designed by the
hierarchy. Hierarchy is the role of each group sit one on top of another on the basis of responsibility.

The responsibilities of General Manager are administering a variety of business functions such
as project management, financials and policies and responsible for effective planning, delegating,
coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for an
organization. For operations and production team, the responsibilities is once the product comes from
research and development, it's then passed along for production. The operations and production team
takes the designs and input from research and assemble the product. Meanwhile Sales and Marketing
team basically takes the product to the customer. They take the product from operations and production
and then work with their team members to sell and advertise to their target market. Financial department
responsible to operates financial budget and ensure financial goals are met, find ways to cut spending
and oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.

Blossom scarf was founded on the belief that we could make customer feel more satisfied and
comfortable with their outfit by providing high quality products that can boost confident and make them
look more presentable. Our company, Blossom Scarf Sdn. Bhd. is selling hijab or famous-called name
Bawal scarf with different type of material and design. Our products are divided into several categories,
based primarily on type of material and design itself. The speciality of our product are it is easy to shape
the awning, thin and will not feel deaf when wearing it, light and cold material and easy to iron which
can save the time. For the Bawal Chiffon Voile Printed Premium, the material is soft and give flowy
effect.

TARGET MARKET
Market analysis is one of the main factors in marketing. It is a study designed to define a
company’s markets, forecasts their directions and how to expand the company’s share and exploit any
new trends. Things that include in market analysis are for examples target market, market size,
competition, market share, sale forecasts and marketing strategy.
For our business, our target customer is women. There is no limitation and specification for
certain women because all the women can enjoy wearing it. Common wants from our customer is scarf
product with affordable price and choices of hijab in various styles, materials and colours that can keep
with the latest styles and trends. Consumer want to find hijab that was easy to wear, look fashionable
without compromising modesty and made of amazing fabric with stylish and practical design. Customer
also loves the square scarf or bawal with exclusive designs. Our hijab is an alternative for women who
love to look different. Our motive, patterns and designs give a different look when tried or worn. We
want our customers to feel confident when wearing our creations. We want to bring out the inner beauty
in people and make them look younger too. Their hijab are made from custom-made fabric to ensure
they are suitable for our hot and humid weather.
To ensure that marketing effort full customer needs and wants as well as being profits, we have
taken steps to identify and focus our effort on a selected group of customers. This is to ensure that the
marketing effort taken are within our scopes and capabilities of our business. Target market is defined
as the group of customers with needs and wants that can be satisfied by business through supply goods
and services. With a clearly defines audience, it is much easier to determine where and how to market
our product.
After much discussion and planning, we have a specific target market. That being said, it does
not mean we only focus on this group of people and ignore others that are not in our target market, as
the other group is our secondary market and could also bring income to our business.
The major target market for our product is working women and university student. Since our
store is located at Gong Badak, we are targeting people who live in that area. This is because in Gong
Badak area are full with university such as University of Sultan Zainal Abidin and University of
Malaysia Terengganu and working women who live in the area. These groups of people will become a
big opportunities to Blossom Scarf to complete our marketing goals and become the most successful
hijab company in Malaysia.
The second target market is housewife who lives in Gong Badak area. Every housewife
attracted to every beautiful thing and loves to collect something like accessories such as hijab. It is a
nature of a woman and cannot be denied that every woman wants to be and look beautiful in every

aspect for their special ones especially the one who call a husband. This group will be much easier for
us to reach our objective market and create effective and efficiency marketing strategies.
We choose this target market group because they share the same needs and wants which is a
product that shows the current trends of women in the era but at the same time follow Syariah course.
As for student, working women and housewives, they can use our bawal scarf for class or any event
such as dinner, charity event and many more as it can be style in many different way. It is because we
provide hijab that simple but also multifunctional product as it fulfil their requirements.

The competitive environment is very healthy with the three companies operate in the class
which have the same characteristics of the product with our company. The first company was Pearl
Scarf, Heeladina and Ave19x. All these three companies are racing to raise profit through product
undergarments and often offer a discount to the customer.
Our company have same product features with other companies. Like other companies, they also market
their bawal product with features of different material and measurement. Table below shows the
