That I, Nadelene B. Balcarse , of legal age, married, with residence and


postal address at Block 9 Lot 14 Paseo De San Roque Village San Rafael,
Bulacan, 3008 for and in consideration of the amount of PESOS:
(P 70,000), Philippine Currency, and other valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged from Aldrin D.Benavidez likewise of legal age,
married, with residence and postal address at
hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD,
TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said Soul i 125 , the following motor
vehicle describe as follows:

of which I am the absolute owner.


I hereby warrant the said motor vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that I will defend the title rights of the VENDEE from any
claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
