High blood pressure


High blood pressure is a common disease that develops when blood flows through your arteries at higher-
than-normal pressures.
Symptoms
The high blood pressure usually does not cause symptoms until it has caused serious problems, like
Aneurysm, Stroke, Chronic kidney disease, Heart attack, Heart failure, Peripheral artery disease or carotid
artery disease and Vascular dementia.
Causes
Being overweight or obese, do not do physical activity, smoking and drinking alcohol, a lot of sodium in
food and little potassium in the diet
Suggestion of Treatment
1.- You should reduce excess weight and take care of your waist
2.- You should reduce sodium intake in your food.
3.- You should quit smoking, reducing caffeine intake and manage stress.

Overweight and obesity


Obesity is a serious medical condition that can cause complications such as metabolic
syndrome, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood
cholesterol, cancers and sleep disorders. 
Symptoms
The signs of overweight and obesity include a high body mass and an unhealthy body fat
distribution that can be estimated by measuring your waist circumference.
Causes
Energy IN is the amount of calories you get from food and drinks. Energy OUT is the
amount of calories that your body uses for things such as breathing, digesting, being
physically active, and regulating body temperature.
Suggestion of Treatment
1.- You should eat more vegetables with your food
2.- You should take at least 2 litres of water a day without savory or sugar
3.- You should do physical activity to burn calorie
Heart Attack
A heart attack happens when the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle
suddenly becomes blocked and the heart can’t get oxygen.
Symptoms
Chest pain or discomfort, Upper body discomfort, Shortness of breath, Breaking out in a
cold sweat, Feeling unusually tired for no reason, sometimes for days, Nausea and
vomiting and Light-headedness or sudden dizziness
Causes
A heart attack happens if the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle
suddenly becomes blocked and the heart can't get oxygen. Most heart attacks occur as a
result of ischemic heart disease.
Suggestion of Treatment
1.- You should try to sit, rest and stay calm
2.- Visit the doctor as soon as possible and he should medicate you.
3.- When you feel some symptoms you should take an aspirin to prevent further blood.

Diabetes
Diabetes is a condition where the body fails to utilize the ingested glucose properly. This
could be due to lack of the hormone insulin or because the insulin that is available is not
working effectively. Diabetes
Symptoms
The main symptoms of diabetes are three. There are increased thirst, increased hunger
and increased frequency of urination.
Causes
When there is excess glucose in the blood, insulin stimulates cells to absorb enough
glucose from the blood for the energy that they need.
Suggestion of Treatment
1. Treatment involves both healthy diet.
2. You should take medications to regulate sugar in your blood
3. You should exercise to regulate sugar in your body
In all type 1 diabetics and in severe uncontrolled type 2 diabetics one or more injections
of insulin a day may be needed.
