    I shall be responsible of my PPE to maintain in good working condition, and I shall use required PPE as per
    my work category to comply Tina River Hydropower Development Project PPE policy.
    At the date of expiry of employment contract, I will return PPE in good condition.
    Failure to use or return, the person who received PPE will be responsible and pay the amount of PPE as per
    the following table. Failure to pay back, company will deduct the same amount from his/her salary or take an
    necessary action.
