2. MOBILE PHONES are strictly prohibited at the test centre on the test day. Switch off the mobile phone and keep
it in pocket/bag. Use of mobile as calculator is not allowed.

3. Calculators are allowed but borrowing of calculator is not allowed.

4. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before half time is lapsed.

5. This Admit Card portion, after processing of Application Form will be sent to you in the self-addressed envelope
provided by you. KINPOE does not accept any liability for the late or non-delivery of this letter.

6. This call does not in any way waive your ineligibility, disqualification if warranted, nor does it condone any deficiency in
your application or documents. Your case will not be considered until all notified conditions are fulfilled including the
result of your final examination.

7. Candidates who do not appear in the Written Test will stand disqualified and must not contact this office.

8. Please be informed that Written Test will be held on Sunday 07th October, 2018, you are required to keep
checking our website for your application status, Roll No., time and venue of the test. Do not wait for the receipt of

 POST DIPLOMA TRAINING PROGRAM (NUCLEAR POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY) PDTP
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS
A public sector organization offers one-year Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Nuclear Power Plant
Technology. The program will include three semesters of classroom teaching, lab work and on-job-training.
Passing in all three semesters is required for successful training.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 Any Pakistani or AJK Nationals who fulfil the following criteria:
a) 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) recognized by any Provincial Board of Technical
Education with first division (i.e. minimum 60% marks) in SSC and DAE in any one of the following
technologies:
1. Chemical 2. Electrical 3. Electronics 4. Mechanical
Candidates having Diploma in any other field must have to provide Equivalence Certificate from
respective Board of Technical Education stating that their DAE is equivalent to any one of the
above advertised fields for employment. OR
b) 2-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with combination of Physics and Math or Chemistry and
Math from a University recognized by HEC with First division (i.e. at least 60 % marks) in SSC, HSC (Pre
Engineering only) and B.Sc. In case of semester system, CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 is required.
 Candidates appearing in their final exam may also apply but they must have passed in first division by
01-05-2019.
 Maximum age is 25 years on August 15, 2018.
2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
a) Candidates can apply Online at www.kinpoe.edu.pk (Follow the instructions given on website to fill
the form online).
b) Candidates can also apply by post. Application Form and Admit Card are available for download
at KINPOE website.
c) The application processing fee (non-refundable) for online submission of application is Rs. 600/- and
for submission by post is Rs. 800/- .
d) Application Processing fee (Rs. 600/- for online and Rs. 800/- for those applying by post) must be
deposited either in:
 KINPOE Online Account No. 4138577545 (Title of Account: KINPOE, KNPC, Karachi) National Bank
of Pakistan (NBP), KANUPP Branch (Branch Code No. 0152), Karachi. No Bank service charges will
apply at NBP. To avoid Bank charges please read (Instruction to fill the Fee Deposit Slip).
OR
 KINPOE Online Account No. 0541650500927 (Title of Account: KINPOE ADMISSION FEE
ACCOUNT), Askari Bank, SITE Branch (Branch Code No. 0054), Karachi. Bank charges will apply
at Askari Bank.
e) Application Form and Admit Card duly completed along with one self-addressed envelope with contact
number affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 20/- on the envelope and online Bank receipt as application
processing fee must reach the following address not later than August 15, 2018.
f) Candidates presently serving in Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous organizations must
apply through proper channel. No Stipend will be paid to them.
g) You must keep a photocopy of the Application form, Admit Card and the Bank slip with you. It may
be required later.
3. APPLICATION PROCESSING PROCEDURE
 After processing of the Application, the Admit Card will be returned only to the eligible candidates,
who have applied by post, to appear in the Written Test. Candidates may see the status of their
application at our website three weeks before the test.
 If you fulfil all the advertised criteria and you had applied before the application deadline and still
your name is not in our website, then you must contact the Admission Cell at the number given
below. Photocopies of the application form and paid Bank Deposit Slip will be required.
 No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
