    I, ELENA J. MAGUIKAY, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at ___
    Domingo St., Christine Village Dela Paz, Pasig City, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

    1. That I am the owner of the property located at ____ Domingo St., Christine
    Village, Dela Paz, Pasig City;
    2. That the said property is composed of ___ tenanted apartments currently earning
    an income of Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 70,000.00) per month;
    3. That the income derived from the said property is being transferred to the
    account of my son Neil Patrick J. Maguikay to support his studies and financial
    needs;
    4. That I undertake to deposit and/or transfer the monthly rental income of the said
    property to my son, Neil Patrick J. Maguikay’s account as his allowance while
    staying in Finland;
    5. That the said allowance will serve as advance to his legitime and part of his
    inheritance as may legal heir.
