2.0 SUMMARY OF MEETINGS WITH CONTRACTOR/ CONSULTANTS

(Meeting minutes of all the meetings and the critical issues identified during the
meeting will be included in this section)

Date: 22-11-2019

Attendees: Mr. Virender Kumar (IHCL), Mr. Sanjeev Jaggi (IHCL), Mr. Rishabh Pandey

(IHCL), Mr. Aman Srivastava (DAVI), Mr. Pavan Talmuk (JPS)

Issue: Contractor’s method of making the RA bill

a. Contractor will make the joint measurement record (JMR) in the presence of the

QS, client and their representative.

b. Contractor will also submit the JMR in a standard format either hand written or

printed with JPS logo as the heading.

c. JMR shall bear the proper numbers and also to be attached with the bill in a

sequence.

d. Contractor will submit an undertaking to authorize a person to verify the

measurement to the QS at site.

3.0 OPEN ISSUES & CRITICAL MATTERS

a. Part payments needed to be done for the Machan area frame work.

b. Slab strengthening work in steel in Machan.

c. Some extra works like shaft closing, lift lobby dismantling needed to be done.

d. Cost variation in the furniture items due to the changes done in the design by the

Architect.
