a weekly basis, the status of documents and comments internally and externally.
Prepare weekly and monthly Quality Report.
Ensure Internal Departments produce documentation within MDR planned dates.
Assist in supplying documentation for mobilization (hardcopy and electronic to disk).
Manage archival activities for controlled documents and validation files.

o Ensure all weld work involving welding procedure specification (WPS), Welder Qualification test (WQT),

specification (B31.3, AWS, D1.1,API104) and are in consonance with ISO 9001.
o Undertook pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up MS 5001 NouvoPignone gas turbine.
o Utility piping involving Gas piping, drain piping, instrument/ service air piping, fuel piping, oil piping, fire
fighting water piping with fittings (ball valves, gate valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ESD, psv, flanges,
etc) , as well as NDT testing to confirm integrity of welds.

variable vane system, thermocouple intergrity.
o Operational duties involving control and routine diagnostic task on 11kv 50Hz switchgear panels (6 nos.),
33kv switchgear panel (12 nos.) at 3000A rated bus bar, a 33kv feeder breaker (3 nos.) and incomer breaker
(2 nos.), a 28MVA 11/33KV step up transformer (3 nos.), a PLC load management system, revenue meter,
import and export control facilities as well as synchronization of blackstart voltage with turbine voltage output
prior to switch over and to maintain all three turbine voltage.
