    #achup! Fashion Collection would like to present this Letter of Intent to Exit for us to
    signify on giving up our business for closure.

    We are the business behind the Space Numbers 67, 68 & 69 Boutique which has
    been selling selected “ukay-ukay” since 2013. Our products include a variety of lady’s
    blouses, dresses, skirts, shorts and pants.

    Since the break of Covid19 that resulted to lockdown last mid-March until these very
    days, our business has not been doing well. This is why we are forced to file for closure.

    Thus, we would appreciate it if you could contact us at 09055820889, the soonest


    possible so we can set up a meeting to discuss this further and possibly come up with a
    formal closure.
