    AFFIDAVIT OF FILING AND SERVICE

    I, xxxxx, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of xxx City, Philippines, under
    oath, state that:

    1. I am a messenger of the law firm of xxxx. As such, my duties include


    the filing, mailing and service of pleadings.

    2. On July 5, 2017, I personally served copies of the foregoing


    Compliance dated July 5, 2017 (the “Compliance”) in

    in accordance with the pertinent provisions of the Rules of Court, on the following

    prepaid hereto attached and with instructions to the Postmaster to return the mail to
    the sender after ten (10) days if undelivered.

    4. I filed the Compliance by registered mail due to distance, time and


    personnel constraints rendering personal filing impracticable.

    5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts


    and for whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
