    This study examines the level to which front office agents at accredited hotels and resorts in Roxas City uphold business ethics. A survey was conducted of front office agents to determine their adherence to ethical practices like honesty, integrity, confidentiality and fair treatment of customers. The results found there were variations in how strongly different establishments enforced ethical guidelines with agents.
